When Feeling Pressured Try This
Getting a feeling of being pressured by others can be extremely uncomfortable.
The scenarios are endless. A friend wants you to go somewhere. Your boss wants you to do extra work. Your family wants you to do something in particular.
Your life feels like it is dominated by should do’s. When you’re feeling pressured by other peoples opinions your own decision making process is diminished. Anxiety or self doubt takes up residence.
So let’s change that!

A more detailed statement could be
I release the feelings of (description) caused by the pressure to conform to (Name) (this opinion).
I release the feelings of anxiety in the pit of my stomach caused by the pressure to conform to my boss’s ideas for me to train as a workplace health and safety officer.
